We design processes that uniquely suit our clients and optimise recoveries by working closely with them to understand their philosophy, business needs, drivers and desired approach. Some clients prefer to undertake initial recovery attempts themselves, which means that only the more difficult claims are referred to us for attention. In other cases the entire recovery portfolio is outsourced to us. In both instances clients benefit from our ability to make savings on their behalf.
We work in partnership with a number of our clients. We have developed systems of work which involve us cooperating directly to maximise recovery opportunities and to reduce leakage through screening and early evidence gathering across commercial and household claims and all perils including subsidence.
Regular reviews of our clients’ claims portfolios enable us to identify missed recovery opportunities. We do this at client sites, or remotely if systems’ access can be provided. Our clients rate these reviews extremely highly.
