What have we done and intend to do about combatting modern slavery and human trafficking?
We have drafted and implemented a Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, which is supported by a Guidance Note and an awareness brief on the Human Slavery Act, 2015 (MSA) copies of which are on our Intranet.
We regularly review our outsourcing policy and documentation to ensure these are in line with and support our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.
We also plan to continue to raise awareness of the evils that the MSA combats by including this in future induction training for appropriate new employees.
Our supply chains
Our supply chains include barristers, medical and other professional experts and suppliers to the support services within our business which includes IT, Facilities and Finance and accordingly we are fortunate that the risk of encountering contraventions of the MSA in our supply chains is extremely low

Our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in out supply chains.
Supplier adherence to our values regarding modern slavery & human trafficking
We have a zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We will endeavour to ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with the MSA.
Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking
We will review our effectiveness in combatting slavery and human trafficking from time-to-time and make such changes and take such further steps as we feel are necessary to ensure we and our suppliers remain fully compliant with the MSA.
