Once you have been with Plexus for six months and providing you meet the specific eligibility criteria and support from your manager, you can make an application to the Talent Pathways programme.
We offer three Talent Pathways, all of which are designed to offer you progression and exposure within the firm by developing your skills and experience.
This Pathway will enable you to qualify as a Solicitor through the ‘traditional’ route. You will undertake seats in a variety of different teams within the business. You will assist senior Fee Earners, handle your own caseload and experience a number of different areas of law. As part of your training, you will also complete the Professional Skills Course.
This Pathway is open to candidates who have successfully completed their LPC by the start date of their Training Contract.

This route concentrates on the management of people and resources. You will work alongside an experienced Team Leader and help with the day-to-day running of the team to ensure an excellent service is provided to your client(s).
You will receive mentoring from an experienced Team Leader, outside of your immediate team, as well as complete a recognised qualification in leadership and management.
Trainee Technical Co-ordinator
The focus of this Pathway is to develop your technical legal skills. You will deal with a range of work including routine and specialist matters, as well as complex litigation.
