Progression and development at Plexus Law is continuous.
The Greenhouse Programme has been designed to identify and nurture talent from within the business. It is aimed at those who go above and beyond and have consistently excelled in their respective departments.
The Greenhouse Programme is a post qualification opportunity. It is chance for you to be part of something new and exciting, gain new skills and develop the ones you already possess.
Greenhouse participants work as a team, for a 12 month period, on projects outside their everyday roles. They gain knowledge and experience which will ensure their professional and personal development. Participants gain wider exposure to the firm and take part in external training aimed at developing core commercial skills.
