London, 17 January 2022 – Leading defendant insurance law firm, Plexus Law, has created a new role within its Leadership Team with the appointment of Brett Jesson to the Partnership as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), in effect from today. He will be based in the firm’s London office.
Brett joins Plexus from his previous role as Corporate Senior Vice President and Practice Lead for Insurance, UK and Europe at WNS Global. He spent more than six years at the company, where he developed the company’s regional strategy and business plans – setting the direction for the company’s UK and Europe regional practices. Prior to this, Brett has taken on other senior positions at leading businesses such as Serco Group plc and Cendant Corporation (Cartus).
As part of his role as Plexus’ CRO, Brett will work closely with CEO, Olivia Roberts, and the wider Leadership Team – responsible for the firm’s sales and marketing strategy, with the aim of further growing the firm’s new business pipeline. A significant focus of the role will be nurturing existing client relationships and developing the firm’s business development function in its next stage of growth.
Brett’s appointment completes the Plexus Leadership Team, and follows the recent addition of Chief Operating Officer, Adam Nabozny, who joined the firm in autumn 2021.
