Plexus Law has today announced the appointment of Calum Mathieson. Joining as a Partner from Clyde & Co, Calum will be based in the firm’s Edinburgh office.
Calum qualified in 1993 and was a Partner with Simpson & Marwick before the firm merged with Clyde & Co in 2014. He has over 25 years’ experience of dealing with complex and large loss employer, public and product liability claims on behalf of major insurers, Lloyds syndicates and corporate insureds. Calum also has extensive experience managing health and safety prosecutions on behalf of corporate insureds.
Calum is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association; the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL); and the Law Society of Scotland. He is recognised in the Legal 500 as a “first class litigator” and as “technically excellent”, known for his pragmatic approach.
