Commenting on her appointment Kate said: “I am delighted to be joining the FOIL Sector Focus Team for Abuse Claims Practice. Having worked exclusively in this field for the last eight years, it is an area of law in which I believe the skills and experience I have garnered over my career will assist the work of the group. I am passionate about not only the reactive nature of this work, but also the proactive aspects of abuse claims, to include safeguarding and child protection. I look forward to working with the group in the future and extend my thanks to FOIL for welcoming me.”
