Equality, without compromise
Under European Regulations, airports are required to provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility (PRM) when assistance is requested.
The Aviation team at Plexus is very experienced in this area and members of the team provide advice to a range of special assistance providers and airports in relation to EC1107/2006 PRM claims and claims under the Disability Discrimination Act.
Our extensive technical expertise in dealing with PRM claims, both as representatives on behalf of airports and PRM providers, has enabled us to secure resolution to even the most contentious of claims.
The Aviation team has experience in:
- Advising on commercial solutions and ways to improve processes
- Dealing with sensitive high value claims
- Facilitating settlement negotiations
- Handling publicity responses and media coverage
- Minimising risks to clients
- Providing cost-effective solutions
Members of our team have experience of working in airports for over five years providing PRM assistance. This experience, combined with our technical knowledge and commercial approach, enables us to provide our clients with the best possible advice and solutions to problems they face.
Our knowledge of the regulations, requirements and practical difficulties faced by our clients is truly unrivalled.
