As an Apprentice with Plexus Law you will undertake a two year on the job training programme. During this time, you will gain experience with:
- Different aspects of the work undertaken by the firm
- Administration and business support teams such as finance
Throughout the course of your training there will be opportunities to attend a varied programme of in-house training on legal and skill acquisition topics, e.g. effective presenting.
Alongside the support and management from your immediate team leader, we will arrange an external ‘buddy’ who meets with you approximately once a month to provide additional guidance and support.
All our Apprentices are recruited on a two year fixed-term contract with the aim of a permanent role being available upon completion of the Apprenticeship.
Once you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship we will work with you to identify opportunities for further qualifications, based on individual performance/business needs.
