The truth, the whole truth and…
To find out what it’s really like working as a professional services apprentice at Plexus, rather than us trying to describe the experience, we thought you may like to hear directly from some of the current intake:
“On a day-to-day basis, I work in field services. Which means that I get to go to people’s desks, and solve their issues face to face. I tend to work with more hardware than software which is great as hardware is the side of IT that I am most passionate about. My job in field services has meant that I have the opportunity to work with all sorts of different hardware, which can range from terminals to projectors. No two days are ever the same! My role in field services also means that I get to travel to the different offices outside of Leeds, such as Manchester, Halifax, and Liverpool.
